摘　　要：分析处在信息高速发展时代前沿的医学信息研究机构所面临的医学科学技术、计算机技术飞速发展的挑战 ,以及市场经济的发展和信息服务模式转变对人才的需求及开展继续教育的长期性和迫切性。认为 ,继续教育是培养、利用、和吸引人才的重要途径 ,加强继教工作规范化管理、开展综合素质教育、提高继续教育针对性和创造良好的学习环境有利于继续教育工作健康有序发展。This paper gives an analysis to the challenge of rapid development of medical technology and computer technology that Information Research Institute of Medical Science and Technology faced with, as well as the demand for talents stimulated by the development of market-oriented economy and alteration of information service model and CME implementation of a protracted and urgent nature. CME is a crucial means of cultivating, exerting and attracting talents. It does good to the sound and orderly development of CME to strengthen standardized regulation, to launch comprehensive education of quality, to be further aimed at CME and to create better study environment.
