乌桕子溶剂脱白工艺的研究

摘　　要：用溶剂对乌桕子进行整子浸出,在脱白的同时浸出了皮油来代替原有的机械剥白分离压榨工艺,简化了工艺且提高皮油品质。用6号溶剂一次浸出皮油效率可达83.48％、皮油中梓油掺杂量低于0.5％。符合皮油生产类可可脂的质量标准。When we adopt extraction of whole seeds to Chinese tallow tree with solvent, some stillingia sebifera was extracted from it while the tallow tree was receiving the technology of expunging white hull so that the extra ctiou replaced original separating and pressing technology of stripping white hull in a mechanic way.It can not only simplify technology but can also raise the quality of stillingia sebifera. When we adopted the No 6 solvent and soaked, the efficiency of extracted stillingia sebifera may amount to 83.48% each time and the mixed quantity of the seed oil in stillingia sebifera may be lower than 0.5% and this accords with the quality standard of cocoa butter and the like produced from stillingia sebifera.
