摘　　要：《电子政务与信息技术》网络课程开发的目的是为国家公务员提供全面、优质、便捷的在线信息化培训 .目前 ,该课程已基本完成 ,正处于试播阶段 .本文主要总结《电子政务与信息技术》The network course of ' Electronic Government And Information Technology' is one of the special fund projects provided by Heilongjiang Information Industry Bureau and is developed in the Computer Science Department of Harbin Normal University . Its main mission is to enhance the qualification and skills of the civil servants in Heilongjiang province . It is designed to be an e-Training site that offers training to civil servants in an online environment . At present , this project has already been finished basically . This paper mainly summarizes the design , development and technological innovation of the network course of ' Electronic Government And Information Technology' .
