摘　　要：文章对中美高校教师聘用制度进行了比较 ,分析了我国高校在教师聘用制度的一些不足及其产生的原因 ,并结合中国高校的情况 ,指出了在我国教师聘用制度改革过程中应研究和借鉴美国教师聘用制度的一些好的经验。In this paper,the author compares the university teacher employment systems in China and in the United States,analyzes some deficiencies in China's university teacher employment system and the reasons for them. And in accordance with the situation of China's universities,the authors point out that some good experiences in the U.S. universities' teacher employment systems should be studied and utilized by China in the present reform of China's university teacher employment system.
