摘　　要：【目的】了解假肥大型肌营养不良症穴Duchennemusculardystrophy,DMD雪患者接受脐血干细胞移植中HLA鄄ABDR不相合几率。【方法】用PCR反向序列特异性寡核苷酸(polymerasechainreaction鄄reversesequencespecificoligonucleotide熏PCR鄄RSSO)杂交技术,在对30例DMD患者进行HLA鄄ABDR基因分型的基础上,将其与广东脐血库中的668份脐血干细胞HLA配型分析比较。【结果】13%穴4/30雪例患者找到HLA抗原全相合并满足移植细胞数要求的脐血干细胞;50%穴15/30雪例患者找到HLA抗原1个不相合并满足细胞数要求的脐血干细胞;20%穴6/30雪例患者找到HLA抗原0～1个不相合且细胞数达要求的2倍以上脐血干细胞。【结论】DMD患者寻找到合适的脐带血干细胞的几率较高,有利于对此病进行临床脐血干细胞移植。To learn the mismatching rate of HLA-A B DR for DMD patients and pre-pare for the clinical transplantation of umbilical cord blood stem cells. 30 blood samples were genotyped with HLA-A B DR alleles by means of polymerase chain reaction-Reverse sequence specif-ic oligonucleotide, (PCR-RSSO). Then compare the HLA gene type of 30 DMD patients with those of 668 unrelated donors from Umbilical Cord Blood Center of Guangdong Province. There were 4 patients with zero mismatching(4/30,13%) , 15 patients 1 mismatching,(15/30,50%). Other 6 patients(6/30,20%) with 0 to 1 HLA antigen mismatching whose stem cells numbers are as 2 times as demanded, occupied 20% of the total. [Conclusion] The probability of getting proper stem cells of umbilical cord blood in this study is higher, which implies the good prospect of application of umbili-cal cord blood stem cells in the future clinical transplantation for this kind of patients.
