河南省城镇职业女性继续教育情况分析

摘　　要：通过对河南郑州、开封、信阳等地职业女性接受继续教育的情况调查发现,城镇职业女性接受继续教育的机会偏少;接受继续教育的愿望不够强烈,家务负担过重和传统性别观念是影响其接受继续教育的主要原因。We've investigated the situation of professional women's further education in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Xinyang. The investigation shows that the professional women in urban areas have little chance to get further education;that they have no strong desire to take part in further education;and that they are affected by the the over burden of housework and traditional concept of women's role in the society.
