云南省中小学毒品预防教育现状及对策研究

摘　　要：目前 ,云南省中小学毒品预防教育虽取得了一些成绩 ,并积累了一定经验。但存在着在校学生吸毒人数少 ,离校学生吸毒人数多等问题。原因 :1、对学校毒品预防教育的重要性认识不足 ;2、缺乏专门人员和专项经费 ;3、受毒品和社会客观环境因素的制约。建议 :1、进一步提高认识 ,切实加强领导工作 ;2、提供专任教师和专项经费 ;3、保证学校毒品预防教育的课堂教学时间……Drug prevention in primary and secondary schools has achieved a lot of experience,but some problems such as few drug users in students and many in dropout students occurs. The cause is as followed: the drug prevention based on schools is not considered important;no special staff and expense is allocated for it;it is influenced by environmental factor from drug and society. The following efforts will help to solve the problems: increasing the awareness of the prevention and improving its administration;providing with special teachers and expense for the education;making sure the regular education time.
