摘　　要：研究了在W 1 8Cr4V高速钢基体上 ,用CO2 连续激光诱导化学气相沉积TiN薄膜的工艺方法。激光功能 6 0 0W ,在H2 、N2 、TiCl4 反应系统中沉积出TiN薄膜 ,薄膜的颜色呈金黄色 ,显微硬度为 2 5 0 0HV。The processing for CO 2 continuous laser chemical vapor depositing TiN film on W18Cr4V high speed steel matrix has been studied.The laser power is 600kw and the TiN film is diposited in H 2-N 2-TiCl 4 reacting system.The film shall display golden colour,with its microhardness being 2500HV.
