摘  要:建设一支素质高、能力强、业务精、作风硬的护理师资队伍 ,是对护生正确实施素质教育 ,实现临床实习宗旨和教学目标 ,培养德才兼备的实用型护理人才的关键。选拔高素质带教老师、制定详细的阶段带教目标是基础。并建立“教”、“学”双评制度 ,开展形式多样的教学活动 ,定期召开带教老师会议 ,加强思想道德和专业知识学习。从以上几方面对带教老师进行培养 ,收到良好的效果。It is a key point to set up a high quality,ability, professional and disciplined clinical nursing teaching team to perform quality education for the nursing students,achieve the tenet of clinical practice and the objectives of teaching,so as to bring up the practical nursing talent with strong ability and high morale.In the process,the basic step is to select clinical teachers with high quality and establish detailed staged objectives of teaching.Also,we adopt a series of measures to bring up the clinical teachers,which including:establishing the dual evaluation system on both teaching and learning, carrying out teaching activities in various forms,holding teachers meetings regularly,enhancing the education on both moral integrity and professional knowledge,and so on. This practice achieved favorable effectiveness.
