摘　　要：学风建设是高校教学基本建设的一项主要内容,是深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的重要措施,也是高校学生工作的主旋律。学风建设的主体是学生,学风建设要充分发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用,努力探讨新形势下高校学风建设的途径、方法和措施,推动学风建设再上新水平。The construction of studying style is a primary content of the basic construction in colleges and universities.It is a way to deepen reform of education,comprehensively promote the quality education and is also the central melody of student-work in high school.Its principal part is students.Thus it is necessary to fully develop the student's action and the teacher's leading role,research the proper way and approach to construct the studying style in colleges and universities.
