摘　　要：我国农村教育综合改革推动了农村社会主义建设事业的发展,也推动了科学方法论的研究与运用。加强农村教育工作需要整体统筹与综合改革科学方法论的指导,农村义务教育经费的筹措需要整体统筹与机制保障,解决农村初中薄弱现象需要统筹全局、标本兼治。用综合改革方法论指导实施农村教育改革,对于贯彻国务院的决定具有重要作用。In the State Council's Decision on Further Reinforcement of Rural Education, new arrangement is made for the innovation and promotion of rural education development. To strengthen rural education, comprehensive integration and guidance of reform methods are necessary. In addition, the overall planning and systematic guarantee of fund raising for rural education must be available and the weak junior secondary schools in rural areas should be supported for improvement. It is of important role for implementing the State Council's decision to adopt the comprehensive reform methodology for guiding the rural education development as a social project.
