摘 要:为提高非圆截面零件的加工效率和质量,提出了基于多轴运动控制器的非圆截面车削数控系统结构,着重研究了通用数控模块与车削非圆截面的直线伺服系统的接口协调控制。采用多中断系统来实现两种不同的伺服控制——直线伺服控制和位置伺服控制的时序协调,以完成非圆截面的自动车削;采用多处理器协调控制,实现各种伺服系统的可靠控制。该数控系统在非圆截面零件车床中得到了应用。非圆零件车削加工效率约提高了30%,加工质量也得到提高。The efficiency and quality of non-circular section machining were improved with a computer numerical control (CNC) system architecture for non-circular section turning based on a multi-axis motion controller. The research focused on the coordinated control between the general CNC module and the linear servo system used for the non-circular section turning. A multiple interrupt system was used in the modular CNC system to realize linear servo control and position servo control to complete the automatic turning of the non-circular parts. Multiple processors were used to complete the secure control of all kinds of servo systems. The CNC system used in non-circular section turning lathes has increased the quality of the machining with the efficiency increased by 30%.
