摘　　要：在市场竞争中,企业之间的竞争就是人才的竞争,人才的流失往往会伴随着企业商业秘密的泄漏、 优势的丧失,因此,竞业限制制度就成为企业保护其商业秘密的一种重要手段。In competitive market, the competition between businesses is one of the talent. The loss of talent is always accompanied by the reveal of commercial secret and the lost of advantage. So the system of limitation of competition for jobs becomes a mean to protect the commercial secret.
