摘　　要：论述了计算机基础教学“学、测、评”系统的总体结构和实现方法。该方法同传统的网络辅助教学系统相比增加了实践测试和评价的环节,在校园网环境下,理论测试采用Browse/Server的结构,实践操作测试采用Browse/Server和Client/Server结构相结合的方法。This article illustrates the general structure and realization of the Stragegy of ″learning, Testing and Evaluating″ system in basic computer teaching. Compared with traditional internet-aided education system, it has practical testing and evaluation in addition. Based on the environment of on-campus intranet, this system is applying browse/Server structure in theoretical testing, and both browse/Server structure and Client/Server structure in practical testing.
