摘　　要：智力因素是成才的基础和前提,非智力因素是成才的必要条件和组成要素。注重非智力因素,是时代发展的迫切要求。在应用文写作教学中注重非智力因素的培养,具有扩大应用文写作的综合教育功能,促进学生非智力因素获得最大程度的优化和完善,促使智力因素与非智力因素协调发展,提高学生综合素质的重要作用。Intelligence is the basis and premise for talents. Yet, non-intelligent factors is an indispensable condition and component for talents. To attach importance to non-intelligent education is to meet the demands of the times. Cultivating non-intelligent factors in practical writing can enlarge the comprehensive educating functions and promote the education of students' non-intelligent factors, coordinate the balanced development of students' intelligent and non-intelligent factors as well as improve their comprehensive qualities.
