摘　　要：设H是Hopf代数,A是右H-余模代数.首先构造了一种Smash积A#H*#H,然后利用群象元素建立A#H*#H、A#H*、A之间的Moritacontext.并用它研究A#H*#H与A之间的一些联系.从而推广了CohenM和FishmanD关于模代数的Moritacontext.同时也给出构造Moritacontext的新方法.Let H be a Hopf algebra and A an H-comodule algebra. A smash product A#H~*#H is defined and a Morita context for A#H~*#H, A#H~* and A is constructed using the group-like elements. Some properties are studied about A#H~*#H and A, generalizes the Morita context of Cohen M and Fishman D for module algebras, and meanwhile a new method is given to constructe Morita context.
