摘　　要：高等学校是培养高素质、创造性人才的基地,而高校实验室体系的管理与建设,直接影响到人才素质的培养。建立实验教学体系,优化实验教学内容,改革实验教学模式,完善实验室管理体制,加强实验室技术人员队伍建设,建立实验教学质量的保证体系,对培养学生创新意识、创新精神、创新能力即培养创新型人才方面具有不可替代的作用。Higher schools are the base for culturing creative talents with higher quality and so the administration and organization of laboratory system of colleges directly affect the building up of talents' quality. The setup of experimental teaching system, the optimization of the contents of experimental teaching, the reform of experimental teaching, consummation of administrative system of laboratory work and the technical reinforcement of working staff of laboratories are the ensuring system of teaching quality and are irreplaceable to train the creational talents with creative awareness and creative ability.
