摘 要:交流传动机车处于起动低频运行阶段时,受最小开关时间和最大开关频率的限制电流和转矩波动很大.分析了交流传动机车起动低频运行阶段,在传统直接转矩控制下电流和转矩波动大的原因.提出了采用保持最大的磁链幅值和限制最大电流改善低频起动性能的控制策略,并给出了控制策略实现方法,通过仿真实验证明了该方法对于改善低频起动性能是有效的,该控制方法实现简单,在充分利用电机铁磁材料的同时对逆变器具有保护作用,适于在低频起动阶段控制中使用.I When AC drive locomotive is at start low frequency run stage, current and torque fluctuate are heavy because of the least switch time and the biggest switch frequency. This paper analyses the reason that the current and torque fluctuate heavy at the tradition directness torquecontrol when AC driven locomotive is at start low frequency run phase. A control strategy is proposed to improve the low frequency start capability by keeping the biggest magnetism chain breadth value and limiting the biggest currency, and a method of control strategy is established. The method can effectively improve the low frequency start capability through the simulation experiment. The control method is easy to operate, protects the inverter, and at the same time makes full use of the iron and magnetism materials of electric engine.
