摘  要:心理健康教育的质量直接影响到职业教育的效果,而有效的心理健康教育能够显著提升职校生的自我效能感,减少因心理压力导致的行为问题。然而,通过对职校生心理健康教育的现状进行分析,发现管理体制、课程体系、重视程度、师资力量等方面的问题仍需要进一步提出改进策略。所存在的这些问题不仅影响着职校生心理健康教育工作的开展,同时也为学生的心理健康成长埋下了隐患。因此,必须采取切实有效的措施,如完善管理体制、优化课程结构体系、提高重视程度、强化师资力量等,以全面加强职校生心理健康教育。The quality of mental health education directly affects the effect of secondary vocational education, and effective mental health education can significantly enhance the self-efficacy of vocational school students and reduce the behavioral problems caused by psychological stress. However, by analyzing the current situation of mental health education for vocational school students, it is found that problems in the management system, curriculum system, degree of attention, and teachers’ strengths still need to be further proposed as improvement strategies. These problems not only affect the development of mental health education for vocational school students but also lay hidden dangers for students’ mental health growth. Therefore, it is necessary to take practical and effective measures, such as improving the management system, optimizing the curriculum structure system, raising the degree of attention, and strengthening the teachers, to comprehensively strengthen the mental health education for vocational school students.
