摘　　要：本文系统分析了高校体育教学管理的现状及存在的困境,探讨了相应的解决措施。高校体育教学作为教育活动的重要组成部分,它的管理与发展一直是高校教育改革的重要议题。然而,我们发现高校体育教学管理中存在一些问题,如管理机制不完善、师资力量不足、运动场地不足、教学资源不足等。这些问题导致高校体育教学水平有待提高。针对这些问题,本文提出了一些可行的解决措施。首先,应该完善高校体育教学管理体制,建立一套科学、合理的管理制度。其次,应该增强高校体育教师队伍建设,提高教师教学水平。同时,应该加强运动场地建设,提升学生体育锻炼的环境条件。还应该积极开展校园篮球教育活动,提高学生的篮球技能。总之,高校体育教学管理的困境需要得到重视和改善,只有在高校全体师生、社会各界的共同努力下,才能实现高校体育教学管理的健康发展。This paper systematically analyzes the current situation and existing difficulties of physical edu-cation teaching management in colleges and universities, and discusses the corresponding solutions. As an important part of educational activities, physical education teaching in colleges and universities has always been an important topic in the reform of college education for its man-agement and development. However, we found that there are some problems in the management of physical education in colleges and universities, such as imperfect management mechanism, in-sufficient teachers, insufficient sports venues, insufficient teaching resources, etc. These problems lead to the level of physical education teaching in colleges and universities to be improved. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some feasible solutions. First of all, we should improve the management system of physical education in colleges and universities, and establish a scientific and reasonable management system. Secondly, we should strengthen the construction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities and improve the teaching level of teachers. At the same time, the construction of sports venues should be strengthened to improve the environmental conditions for students to exercise. We should also actively carry out campus basketball education activities to improve students’ basketball skills. In short, the plight of physical education management in colleges and universities needs to be paid attention to and improved. Only with the joint efforts of all teachers and students in colleges and all sectors of society can the healthy development of physical education teaching management in colleges and universities be realized.
