浅析高校辅导员应具备的法律素养

摘　　要：高校辅导员的法律素养包括法律意识、法律知识和法律思维三方面内容。高校辅导员要提升自己的法律素养,应当具备尊法、守法、用法的法律意识,具备规范辅导员主体自身和规范辅导员工作职责的法律法规知识,具备工作中评估法律风险用法、开展工作依法、遇到问题找法的法律思维。The legal accomplishment of university counselors includes three aspects: legal awareness, legal knowledge and legal thinking. If the university counselors want to improve their legal accom-plishment, they should possess the legal awareness of respecting the law, obeying the law and ap-plying the law;the legal knowledge about regulating counselors themselves and their duties;and the legal thinking, in their work, of assessing the legal risk of the work with laws, carrying out the work according laws, and solving problems through laws.
