摘　　要：本文在校企深度融合的过程中,提出了校企合作人才培养理事会模式,概括了企业文化进校园、企业人才进校园、企业产品进校园和学生走出校园、教师走出校园、学校科研成果走出校园的校企合作人才培养“三进三出”模式。In the process of in-depth integration of school and enterprises, we put forward the model of college-enterprise cooperation talent training council, generalized “Three importing Three exporting” mode: enterprise culture entering the campus, enterprise talents entering the campus, enterprise products entering the campus, students exporting from campus, teachers exporting from campus, Scientific research achievements exporting from campus.
