摘 要:为促进学生全面发展,落实立德树人根本任务,把校内公共劳动服务当作一种惩戒学生的手段,不可否认这能够在一定程度上起到教育的作用。但是,把校内公共服务这样的带有志愿性质的劳动教育当作一种惩戒手段,会影响同学们对于志愿服务的态度,也会在一定程度上影响同学们对于劳动的态度。特别是对于价值观还不成熟的中小学生,把为学校服务的劳动作为惩戒他们的一种手段,会让中小学生在对于劳动的认识上造成障碍,认为劳动是因为犯错误要受惩罚,从而厌恶劳动。这还会打击同学们的劳动积极性,阻碍学校劳动教育的开展,从而阻碍学生“德、智、体、美、劳”全面发展。学校教育的惩戒内容应该明确惩戒的目的性,充分考量学生的心理和生理承受能力,以及惩戒方式对于学生全面发展的影响,发挥出教育惩戒真正的教育功能。In order to promote the all-round development of students, implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren, and regard the public labor service in schools as a means of punishing students, it is undeniable that this can play an educational role to a certain extent. However, taking voluntary labor education such as public services in schools as a disciplinary measure will affect students’ attitudes toward volunteer service and, to a certain extent, students’ attitudes towards labor. Especially for primary and secondary school students whose values are not mature, using labor for schools as a means of punishing them will cause primary and secondary school students to create obstacles in their understanding of labor, believing that labor is punished because they make mistakes, and thus hate labor. This will also hit the enthusiasm of students for labor, hinder the development of labor education in schools, and thus hinder the all-round development of students’ “morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor”. The content of discipline in school education should be clear about the purpose of punishment, fully consider the psychological and physical endurance of students, and the impact of disciplinary methods on the overall development of students, so as to give play to the real educational function of education and punishment.
