摘  要:在经济的不断发展过程中,人力资源管理中的一个具有重要意义的环节——绩效考核,明显促进着企业的发展。但是,目前来看,由于一些企业起步晚、管理不成熟等原因,企业的绩效考核体系仍存在着许多不足,亟待解决。本文以H食品有限公司员工绩效考核体系为研究主体,通过分析绩效考核现状,找出了公司员工绩效考核体系中存在的问题,并结合平衡记分卡对其绩效考核体系进行了二次设计,最后提出绩效考核体系实施的保障措施以确保它能在公司持续运行,帮助公司实现战略目标。In the process of continuous economic development, performance appraisal, a significant link in human resource management, is obviously promoting the development of enterprises. However, at present, because of the late start and immature management of some enterprises, there are still various deficiencies in the performance appraisal system of enterprises, which need to be solved urgently. The paper takes the employee performance appraisal system of H Food Co., Ltd. as the research subject, finds out the existing problems in the company’s employee performance appraisal system by analyzing the current situation of the performance appraisal system, carries out a secondary design of the performance appraisal system combined with the Balanced Score Card, and finally puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure its continuous operation in the company and help the company achieve its strategic goals.
