摘  要:从一定程度上来讲,我国当前教育问题中一个最为关键的问题就是师生关系问题,师生关系问题不仅是人际关系中最为重要的一对关系,而且师生关系还涉及学校的教学效果、教学发展、学生成长等问题。处理好教师和学生的问题,在教育改革之中是非常迫切的一个问题。因此,本文将对西方的存在主义教育哲学流派关于师生问题所提出来的观点进行分析和研究,我们可以从中得到一些启示,从而建立起适合我国的新型师生观,促进学校教育的发展。To a certain extent, one of the most critical problems in China’s current education is teacher-student relationship, teacher-student relationship is not only the most important relationship of interpersonal relationship, but the teacher-student relationship also involves school teaching effect, teaching development, student growth and other issues. Dealing with the problems of teachers and students is a very urgent problem in educational reform. Therefore, this paper will analyze and study the views put forward by the Western existentialist schools of educational philosophy on the problem of teachers and students, from which we can get some enlightenment, so as to establish a new view of teachers and students suitable for China, and promote the development of school education.
