摘  要:智能时代网络学习资源呈现“井喷式”增长,推动网络学习资源课程化建设既有助于学习者适应信息技术的发展,又有利于彰显网络学习资源的本质属性。智能时代网络学习资源课程化建设应遵循以学习者的需求和发展为中心,关注学习者之间的互动与合作,将技术发展与课程建设相结合等原则。面对网络学习资源内容呈现碎片化现象,网络学习资源的质量参差不齐,网络学习资源难以融入课堂教学等困境,智能时代网络学习资源课程化建设需推动政府部门构建“监管–评估–激励”的制度化体系,教育机构组建专业团队强化资源的整合与开发力度,教师队伍利用数字工具提升数字素养和教学能力。In the intelligent era, the online learning resources show a “spurt” growth. Promoting the curriculum construction of online learning resources will not only help learners adapt to the development of information technology, but also help highlight the essential attributes of online learning resources. The curriculum construction of online learning resources in the intelligent era should follow the principles of taking learners’ needs and development as the center, paying attention to the interaction and cooperation between learners, and combining technological development with curriculum construction. Facing the dilemma of fragmentation of online learning resources, uneven quality of online learning resources, and difficulty in integrating online learning resources into classroom teaching, the curriculum construction of online learning resources in the intelligent era needs to promote government departments to build an institutionalized system of “supervision-evaluation-incentive”, educational institutions set up professional teams to strengthen the integration and development of resources, and teachers use digital tools to improve their digital literacy and teaching ability.
