摘 要:光刺激可以显著促进或抑制植物中特定生物分子的合成,这对于人类认识光照对于植物的影响有重要的意义。本文综述了近期该领域的相关代表性工作,主要涉及到的几种生物分子有抗氧化剂、维生素、糖类以及色素,并对它们在不同光照条件下的响应进行了讨论。虽然一些机理尚未研究清楚,但只要其可重复性能得到基本保证,利用光刺激促进一些物质的合成,这些成果对于实际生产仍然具有参考价值。Light stimulation significantly enhances or inhibits the production of specific biomolecules in plants, which is of great significance to human understanding of the effects of light on plants. This article reviews the recent representative work in this area which is mainly related to biomolecules such as antioxidants, vitamins, sugars and pigments, and their response to different lighting conditions is studied. Although the mechanism has not been studied clearly, as long as its reproducibility is ba-sically guaranteed, light stimulation can be used to promote the synthesis of some of the materials. These results still have reference value for actual production.
