摘 要:企业绩效评价是企业管理领域的一个重大课题,目前关于企业绩效评价的理论体系已经比较完善,如何将理论更好地应用于实践以及针对实践中的具体企业情况进一步完善企业绩效评价的相关理论,成了理论及实务界今后的研究方向。本文通过对杭州先锋电子科技股份有限公司的绩效评价的调研,发现了存在着企业各级对绩效管理意义理解不足、选取绩效评价指标无法反映企业动态现状和员工绩效考核不合理等问题,提出了企业各层需明确绩效评价意义、建立平衡计分法和设置合理员工绩效考核的建议,期望通过先进的考核技术和管理理念改进该企业现存的问题。Enterprise performance evaluation is an important topic in the field of enterprise management, the theory of enterprise performance evaluation system has been more perfect, how to apply theory to better to practice and practice in the specific situation to perfect enterprise performance evaluation related theory, a theory and practice research direction in the future.
