摘　　要：为了解我国老年护理专业人才培养现状,本文通过查阅资料、文献检索,从我国专业养老护理人才现状、国内外老年护理专业人才培养模式现状等方面分析,基于养老产业人才短缺、流失率高的现实以及人才培养存在的问题,指出“现代学徒制”育人模式在老年护理人才培养方面是值得借鉴的。In order to understand the current situation of personnel training in Elderly Nursing Specialty, this paper analyzes the status quo of professional nursing care talents in China and the current situation of domestic and international Elderly Nursing Specialty through access to information and literature retrieval. On the basis of the shortage of industry talent, and the reality of high turnover problems of personnel training, this paper points out that the “modern apprenticeship” mode of education in the elderly nursing personnel training is worth learning.
