摘  要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010~2020年)》提出“到2020年,形成适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求、体现终身教育理念、中等和高等职业教育协调发展的现代职业教育体系”。然而现阶段我国职业教育仍然存在着社会吸引力不强、发展理念相对落后、行业企业参与不足、人才培养模式相对陈旧等诸多问题。本文以数控设备应用与维护专业为例,探讨了中高职衔接人才培养体系的构建及其实施方案。The “National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan 2010~2020” proposes that “by 2020, a modern profession that adapts to the transformation of economic development mode and industrial structure adjustment requirements, reflects the concept of lifelong education, and the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education Education system”. However, at this stage, my country’s vocational education still has many problems such as weak social attraction, relatively backward development concepts, insufficient participation of industry enterprises, and relatively outdated talent training models. This article takes the application and maintenance of CNC equipment as an example to discuss the construction and implementation plan of the talent training system connecting middle and high vocational education are discussed.
