基于共同体理论的中职班级建设探究

摘　　要：共同体理论重点关注亲密人际关系和关怀个体生命成长。共同体成员具有共同的目标、身份认同和归属感三个基本特征。文章从共同体理论的研究视角出发,分析了中职班级建设过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的建设路径,以期为中职班级建设提供一定的借鉴与参考。Community theory focuses on intimate interpersonal relationships and caring for individual life growth. Community members have three basic characteristics: common goal, identity and sense of belonging. Starting from the research perspective of community theory, the article analyzes the problems existing in the process of intermediate class construction and puts forward corresponding construction paths, with a view to providing certain references for intermediate class construction.
