摘  要:研究生教育是国家人才培养的重要组成部分。本文基于我校研究生教育的现状和存在的问题,在第一课堂的基础上结合研究生的成长特点,围绕“新医科”人才培养的要求和“立德树人”的教育根本任务进行探讨新医科背景下第二课堂在民族医学院校医学研究生教育中的应用,旨在为培养出新时代高素质、复合型的医学研究生提供参考。Graduate education is an important part of national talent training. Based on the current situation and existing problems of graduate education in our school, on the basis of the first classroom, combined with the growth characteristics of graduate students, this paper discusses the application of the second classroom in medical graduate education in national medical colleges under the new medical background, focusing on the requirements of “new medical” talent training and the fundamental task of “building virtue and cultivating people”, in order to provide reference for cultivating high-quality and compound medical graduate students in the new era.
