摘　　要：随着军事职业教育改革的不断深化,建设军事职业教育终身学习账户制度,科学管理军队人员学习成果成为内涵化发展的重要方式。本文在对军事职业教育终身学习账户制度的概念内涵、现实基础、建设困境分析的基础上,从统一成果认证标准、加强学习档案管理、完善法规制度保障、健全账户银行功能等方面提出相应建议,以期推动军事职业教育终身学习账户制度建设成效。With the deepening of the reform of military continuing education, the construction of the lifelong learning account system in military continuing education and the scientific management of learning achievements have become an important way of connotation development. Based on the analysis of the concept, realistic basis and construction dilemma of the lifelong learning account system in military continuing education, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of unifying achievement certification standards, strengthening learning file management, improving laws and regulations, and improving the function of the account bank, in order to promote the effectiveness of the construction of the lifelong learning account system in military continuing education.
