摘  要:课程思政以立德树人为根本任务,将专业课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,实现全员、全程、全方位育人格局的一种新的综合教育理念。在专业课教学中应根据各类专业人才培养特性和专业能力培养要求,巧妙有效地设计思想政治教育内涵,以激发学生学习兴趣,改善学习效果。本文总结了《食品微生物学》教学过程中关于课程思政改革的探索,包括课程特点剖析、教学团队构建、思政元素挖掘和教学设计案例分享等,以期为《食品微生物学》课程思政研究提供一定的思路和借鉴。Morality education is the fundamental task of curriculum ideological and political education, which demands professional courses and political theory courses to walk in the same direction and a new idea of comprehensive education to realize the whole staff, the whole journey, and the om-ni-directional education pattern. It was acclaimed to cleverly and effectively design the ideological and political education in the teaching process of specialized courses to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve learning effects. This article summarized the results of the exploration of curriculum ideological in the teaching process of “Food Microbiology”, including the analysis of curriculum characteristics, the construction of teaching teams, the excavation of curriculum ideological elements and the sharing of teaching design cases, which was aimed to provide some ideas and reference for the curriculum ideological research of the “Food Microbiology”.
