摘 要:“健康中国2030”提出要加强全科医生队伍建设,充分发挥全科医生基层网底作用。全科医学研究生培养对全科医生人才结构调整和学科可持续发展具有重大意义。当前全科医学研究生教育存在全科医学研究生教育尚未普及、人才资源配置不均衡、培养模式不统一、师资储备不足、全科医学专业认同感不足等问题。本文对当前全科医学研究生培养现状进行探讨并提出些许建议,以促进全科医学研究生教育的可持续发展。Healthy China 2030 proposes to strengthen the construction of general practitioners and give full play to the role of general practitioners in the grassroots network. Postgraduate training in family medicine is of great significance to the structural adjustment of family medicine talents and the sustainable development of the discipline. The current postgraduate training of general practitioners faces problems, for example, general practitioner postgraduate training has not yet been popularised, unbalanced allocation of talents and resources, inconsistent cultivation mode, insufficient reserve of teachers, and insufficient sense of identity of the general practitioner profession. This paper discusses the current situation of family medicine postgraduate education and puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of family medicine postgraduate educa-tion.
