摘  要:工科专业是我国培养相关领域高素质人才的主渠道,特别是在科技高速发展的当下,工科人才的重要性愈发重要。社会相关联领域对于工科人才的个人认知、素质与技能的要求越来越高,特别是个人的道德品质尤为被人们所看重。为此,高校需要进一步深化对专业人才的思想道德教育,深入推进“课程思政”工作是当今育人的必然需求,这亦是本文的研究背景与意义所在。故本文在进一步明确“立德树人”思想内涵与特性的基础上,分析了当今工科专业课程思政教学中存在的主要问题,提出了“立德树人”理念下工科专业课程思政建设的有效路径等。Engineering majors are the main channel for cultivating high-quality talents in related fields in China, especially in the current era of rapid technological development, where the importance of engineering talents is becoming increasingly important. The requirements for the personal cognition, quality, and skills of engineering talents in social related fields are increasingly high, especially the moral qualities of individuals are particularly valued by people. Therefore, universities need to further deepen the ideological and moral education of professional talents, and promote the work of “curriculum ideological and political education”, which is an inevitable need for education today. This is also the research background and significance of this article. On the basis of further clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the concept of “cultivating virtue and talents”, this article analyzes the main problems in the ideological and political education of engineering courses today, and proposes effective paths for the ideological and political construction of engineering courses under the concept of “cultivating virtue and talents”.
