摘 要:在新时代背景下,学校文化的发展承担着推动教育质量持续提升的重任。“可持续发展”的概念被融入到学校文化建设中,强调了教育的长远性和适应性。“学校文化”作为教育环境的重要组成部分,对“育人质量”的提升起着决定性作用。通过不断优化和创新,学校文化能够为学生提供一个全面发展的平台,培养他们成为能够适应未来社会需求的人才。因此从战略层面讲,我们需要建立一个充满活力的精神动力机制,深化对可持续发展质量的追求,加强全面教育改革的氛围,并重新定义实践改革的发展标准。 In the context of the new era, the development of school culture bears the important task of promoting the continuous improvement of educational quality. The concept of “sustainable development” is integrated into the construction of school culture, emphasizing the long-term and adaptive nature of education. “School culture”, as an essential component of the educational environment, plays a decisive role in enhancing the “quality of education”. Through continuous optimization and innovation, school culture can provide students with a platform for comprehensive development, cultivating them to become talents capable of meeting the needs of future society. Therefore, from a strategic perspective, we need to establish a vibrant motivational mechanism, deepen the pursuit of sustainable development quality, enhance the atmosphere of comprehensive educational reform, and redefine the development standards of practical reform.
