摘　　要：良好的心理品质是思想政治教育者不可或缺的特质,它蕴含着个体差异与培养标准的双重意义。思想政治教育者能够通过后天的精心培养,持续提升自身的心理品质,进而增强在思想政治教育领域的认知能力,并塑造出更为正确的人格特征。此外,思想政治教育者所具备的良好心理品质具有显著的正向作用。其一,它们能够极大地推动思想政治课的高效教学,确保教育内容的深入传递;其二,它们有助于坚定思想政治教育者对于马克思主义的立场,保持教育的正确方向;其三,它们还能够促进思想政治教育者综合素质的全面提升,为教育事业的长远发展奠定坚实的基础。Good psychological qualities are an indispensable trait for ideological and political educators, embodying a dual significance of individual differences and cultivation standards. Ideological and political educators can continue to enhance their psychological qualities through diligent postnatal cultivation, thus strengthening their cognitive abilities in the field of ideological and political education and forming more accurate personality traits. Furthermore, the good psychological qualities of ideological and political educators play a significant positive role. Firstly, they can significantly enhance the effectiveness of teaching ideological and political courses, ensuring a deep transmission of educational content. Secondly, they help solidify the ideological and political educators’ stance on Marxism, maintaining the correct direction of education. Thirdly, they also promote a comprehensive improvement in the overall qualities of ideological and political educators, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the educational endeavor.
