从活性污泥中分离出了热带假丝酵母。该菌株可利用苯酚做碳源和能源,降酚能力达到2 000 mg/L。通过对该菌株在不同温度、pH值以及不同苯酚组成下的生长和降解情况的研究,确定了该菌株最适宜的降解工艺条件;获得了细胞生长动力学模型。
