利用Mitsunobu反应合成5′-脱氧-5′-乙酰硫代腺苷

以腺苷为原料,利用Mitsunobu反应分别采用三步法(总收率69.6%)和一步法(收率68.4%)合成了5′-脱氧-5′-乙酰硫代腺苷,其结构经1HNMR和MS表征。Mitsunobu反应一步法对腺苷5′-OH有较高的化学选择性,并根据这一事实提出了可能的反应机理。
