本研究采用鼠疫弱毒株061号对大豆、小麦、兴安胡枝子、紫苜蓿、青蒿等进行接种,在不同时期从大豆组织中分离到目的菌,并发现其菌落形态由R型向S型改变,其营养需求也发生了明显的变化。
