摘  要:技术技能人才成长规律是职业教育人才标准制订的逻辑起点,从两者逻辑关系出发构建“以国家教学标准体系为基准的国家主体”“以国家职业技能标准为基准的行业主体”“以学校人才培养方案为基础的学校主体”“以企业人力资源为导向的企业主体”和“以技能评价标准为核心的第三方人才主体”的“五位一体”人才标准衔接共通机制。该机制的运行路径是:畅通国家主体与其他人才主体之间“指导-衔接”通路,加强学校主体与其他人才主体的“衔接-互通”联系,增强企业主体与其他人才主体的“共通-互通”制度,打通关联主体之间人才标准“衔接-共通”的链接环节。The law of talent growth with technologies and skills is the logical starting point for the formulation of talent standards in vocational education. Starting from the logical relationship between the two, this paper constructs the“five-in-one”talent standard contents of“national subjects based on national teaching standard system”,“industry subjects based on national vocational skill standard”,“school subjects based on school talent training scheme”,“enterprise subjects oriented by enterprise human resources”and“third-party talent subjects with skill evaluation standards as the core”. The operation paths of this mechanism are smoothing the “guidance-cohesion”channel between the national subject and other talent subjects, strengthening the“connection-interworking”connection between school subjects and other talent subjects, strengthening the“convergence-interworking”system between enterprise subjects and other talent subjects, and opening up the link of talent standard“connection-convergence”between related subjects.
