摘　　要：随着我国高职院校“双高”建设计划的全面推进和校企合作的不断深入,校企协同开展专业群建设已成为新的专业教学组织模式,“以群建院”可以有效地让专业群直接对接市场,以进一步凸显产教融合、校企协同育人的新优势。梳理高职院校“以群建院”的价值意蕴,提出高职院校“以群建院”的构建逻辑是:理清专业群组建的结构逻辑,理顺岗位链对接产业链的专业群组建逻辑,理透专业群人才培养模式的创新逻辑。高职院校“以群建院”的建设策略是:构建三级组织架构的治理机制,优化专业群建设的组织策略,优化“政行企校”协同育人的保障措施。With the comprehensive promotion of the“double high”construction plan of higher vocational colleges and the continuous deepening of school-enterprise cooperation,school-enterprise collaborative development of specialty group construction has become a new specialty teaching organization model.“Building college by groups”is an effective teaching organization entity that directly connects specialty groups with market so as to further highlight the new advantages of industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaborative education.Therefore,clarifying the value implication of“building college by groups”in higher vocational colleges,the construction logic of“building college by groups”in higher vocational colleges is put forward as follows:clarify the structural logic of the formation of specialty groups,straighten out the link between the post chain and the industrial chain,and understand the innovative logic of the talent training model for specialty groups.The construction strategy of“building college by groups”in higher vocational colleges is to build a governance mechanism for a three-level organizational structure,optimize the organizational strategy for the construction of specialty groups,and optimize the guarantee measures for the collaborative education by government,administration,enterprise and college.
