摘 要:顺应广州区域经济发展要求,培养计算机专业高素质技术技能人才,是高职院校计算机专业的主要任务。分析计算机专业现代学徒制人才培养中课证融合的内涵及所面临的问题,确定计算机专业现代学徒制人才培养目标及规格,构建相应的职业资格证书体系,形成课证融合的计算机专业现代学徒制人才培养体系。实施效果表明,课证融合的计算机专业现代学徒制人才培养模式在提升学生职业能力、建设高水平双师队伍以及构建有效的校企合作平台等方面均发挥了良好的作用。Complying with the requirements of Guangzhou’s regional economic development,cultivating high-quality technical talents of computer major is the main task of computer major in higher vocational colleges.Analyze the connotation and the problems faced by the talent development of modern apprenticeship system of computer major,determine the goals and specifications of the talent development of modern apprenticeship system in computer major,construct a corresponding professional qualification certificate system,and form a talent training model of modern apprenticeship system for computer major with course-certificate integration.The implementation effect shows that the modern apprenticeship system talent training model for computer major based on the integration of courses and certificates has achieved good results in improving students’professional ability,building a high-level teaching team of“dual-qualification”,and building an effective school-enterprise cooperation platform.
