摘  要:目的观察以实战型人才培养为导向的图片式团队研讨教学法(seminar)+问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)+案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)多轨教学法在特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月广州医科大学附属第二医院62名皮肤科临床规培生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各31名。对照组采用常规教学方法,研究组采用以实战型人才培养为导向的图片式Seminar+PBL+CBL多轨教学法。比较两组理论及实践考核成绩、学生对教学方法的满意度、老师对教学方法的满意度,并使用一般自我效能感量表(ceneral self-efficacy scale,GSES)评估两组培训前后的自我效能。结果研究组理论及实践考核成绩、学生和老师对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后,研究组GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在AD教学中采用以实战型人才培养为导向的图片式Seminar+PBL+CBL多轨教学法可有效提升规培生的理论及实践考核成绩,改善自我效能,并有助于提升学生及老师对教学方法的满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of the picture team discussion teaching method(seminar)+problem-based learning(PBL)+case based learning(CBL)multi-track teaching method in the teaching of atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods 62 dermatological clinical trainees from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,31 in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,while the research group adopted the picture-type Seminar+PBL+CBL multi-track teaching method oriented to the cultivation of practical talents.Compare the theoretical and practical assessment results of the two groups,students'satisfaction with teaching methods,and teachers'satisfaction with teaching methods,and use the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)to evaluate the self-efficacy of the two groups before and after training.Results The theoretical and practical examination results,students'satisfaction with teaching methods and teachers'satisfaction with teaching methods in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the GSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pharmaceutical intervention in hospital pharmacy can effectively improve the treatment compliance of T2DM patients and their understanding of diabetes knowledge,which is of positive significance to their blood glucose level and adverse reaction control.
