“五育并举”视域下大学生社团改革思路与成效——以沈阳农业大学为例

摘　　要：德智体美劳全面发展的“五育并举”教育思想,在我国教育史上具有标志性意义和深远影响。高校大学生社团作为参与程度高、影响辐射面大的大学生组织,是加强大学校园文化建设和“第二课堂”建设的重要载体,是推进大学生全面发展的重要平台。但由于以往教育评价机制的局限,大学生社团长期处于不受重视、自由松散的状态,限制了社团育人功能的发挥和大学生的全面成长成才。沈阳农业大学从顶层设计、社团骨干培养、指导教师作用发挥、“第二课堂”统筹和课程项目化建设多个方面积极推进大学生社团改革,在支持、规范社团发展的同时,为大学生德智体美劳全面发展培植沃土,激发大学生社团的活力和创新能力,在提质减量、思想建设、科研创新、大学生素质拓展和社团活跃度及影响力等方面取得显著成效。The education idea of"five-dimension educating integration"for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor has symbolic significance and far-reaching influence in the history of education in China.As a student organization with high degree of participation and great influence,students'associations in colleges and universities are an important carrier to strengthen the construction of campus culture and the construction of"the second classroom",and an important platform to promote the all-round development of students.However,due to the limitations of the previous educational evaluation mechanism,student associations have been neglected and loose for a long time,which has restricted the play of their educational function and the overall growth of students.Shenyang Agricultural University actively promotes the reform of college students'associations from the aspects of toplevel design,community backbone training,guiding teachers'role,"the second classroom"coordination and curriculum project construction.While supporting and standardizing the development of associations,it will cultivate fertile soil for the all-round development of college students'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,and stimulate the vitality and innovation ability of college students'associations and has achieved remarkable results in improving quality and reducing quantity,ideological construction,scientific research innovation,and college students'quality development.
