摘　　要：新时期教育体系要向着德智体美劳全面培养的方向发展,同时要将弘扬劳动精神、尊重劳动精神融入到教育体系中,以让高职院校为国家建设与社会发展培养出更高水平、全面发展的高素质人才。但是,高职院校劳动教育过程中还存在诸多问题,严重影响了新时期高职院校劳动教育体系的发展。本文对劳动教育工作开展中存在的相关问题进行了分析,并阐述了劳动教育体系构建的目标和内容,最后对新时期高职院校劳动教育体系的构建路径提出了建议。In the new era,educational system constantly promotes the process of all-round development,and gradually integrates labor spirit into the system,in order to cultivate more high-guaily talents.However,there are still many problems in the process of labor education in higher vocational colleges,which have limited the development of the labor education system to some extent.This paper firstly analyzed the problems related to the labor education in higher vocational colleges,and expounded the target and content of the labor education system.Finally,the paper proposed efective suggestions for the system construction in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
