摘 要:教育部最新出台的《关于加强残疾儿童少年义务教育阶段随班就读工作的指导意见》(以下简称《指导意见》),明确提出了新时代党和国家对随班就读工作的质量要求,对实现特殊教育公平而有质量发展具有重大意义。如何落实《指导意见》精神,破解质量不高的尴尬现状?文章借鉴我国研究教育和教学问题的经典专著《学记》中“长善救失”思想,结合世界主流教育理念,分析“长善救失”思想的内涵意义,以此揭示该思想对新时代随班就读教育教学的启示。The latest"Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Compulsory Education of Disabled Children and Adolescents"(hereinafter referred to as the"Guiding Opinions")issued by the Ministry of Education clearly puts forward the quality requirements of the Party and the state for the work of regular classes in the new era,which is of great significance to realize the fairness and quality development of special education.How to implement the spirit of the"Guiding Opinions",comprehensively improve the quality of education,and solve the embarrassing situation of low quality?This paper takes the classic teaching principle of"Developing Strengths and Saving Faults"thought in Xueji as the core,combing with the world mainstream education concept,and analyzes the connotation and meaning of"Developing Strengths and Saving Faults"thought,so as to get some enlightenment of the teaching of regular classes in the new era.
