摘　　要：培养有扎实理论功底和实务能力的社会工作者,是应用型本科院校社会工作专业的价值所在。如何保证培养的人才充分掌握社会工作核心价值观、方法和技巧,并能融会贯通,是应用型本科院校社会工作专业建设需要考虑的首要问题。为此,需要在培养社会工作通才和专才上下功夫,清晰界定通才和专才的概念,分析通才和专才共融培养的必要性,从理念、人才培养方案、课程体系和教学方法四个方面探寻通才和专才共融培养的路径。It is the value of social work major in application-oriented universities to train social workers with solid theoretical foundation and practical ability.It is the primary problem of the social work major of application-oriented universities that the trained talents should fully master the basic values,methods and skills of social work.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate generalists and specialists in social work,clearly define the concept of generalist and specialist talents,analyze the necessity of the cultivation of generalist and specialist talents,and find the way of the cultivation of generalist and specialist talents from the four aspects of concept,talent training program,curriculum system and teaching methods.
