摘  要:基于对人力资本配置及毕业生职业发展的考察,研究发现高等教育服务乡村人才振兴有其应然逻辑与价值归因,但现实中农业科技型人力资本宏观层面规模配置不足,微观层面配置效率不高,分别受到市场价格要素以及高等教育质量要素的制约。为此,应采取措施提升农业科技型人力资本在农业农村的配置效率,促进高等教育服务乡村人才振兴。Based on the investigation of human capital allocation and graduates’career development,the research finds that higher education serves the rural talent revitalization with its logical and value attribution,however,in reality,the scale allocation of agricultural scientific and technological human capital at the macro-level is insufficiently,and the allocation efficiency at the micro-level is not high,which are affected by market price factors and higher education quality factors respectively.Accordingly,this research proposes relevant suggestions to improve the allocation efficiency of agricultural science and technology-based human capital in agricultural and rural areas,and promote higher education to serve the rural talents revitalization.
